Level Access Academy reporting overview

Client Managers can access robust pre-built reports from the Level Access Academy admin portal. The Level Access Academy analytics provide valuable insights into course progress, allowing you to track student performance and completion rates. Use these reports to help identify trends and make informed decisions. Reporting features also allow you to monitor engagement levels, assess the impact of learning initiatives, and ensure compliance with your organizations goals or certification requirements.

Log in to the Level Access Academy admin portal

Note: Only Client Managers can access the admin portal.

To log in to the admin portal:

  1. Go to https://dashboard.skilljar.com/.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Select Log in.

View a report

To view a report, select Analytics and choose the report you want to view from the left-hand navigation menu. Learn more about report types.

Download a report

You can download the following reports as a CSV file to use outside of Skilljar:

  • Paths
  • Courses
  • Students
  • Enrollments
  • SCORM
  • Live events
Note: You can't download a CSV if there is no data available.

To download a report:

  1. Select CSV.
  2. Choose Send my Data. You'll receive an email with the download link.

Overview

Provides a snapshot of high-level usage and engagement data. Includes metrics such as active students, session times, course completion, and more.

Paths

A breakdown of student interaction and progress by learning path.

Select the path name to drill-in to the path data.

Courses

Provides a snapshot of how courses are performing with registrations, completions, and session time.

Students

Details the training behaviour of individual students.

Enrollments

Details student registrations for courses and paths.
