Turn on scan notifications to receive emails whenever a test completes on an asset. Notifications are user-specific, so only those who need them get them.

Give users access to the asset dashboard
Users must have access to the asset dashboard to receive scan notifications. Even if a user is a System Admin or Root Admin, you still have to give them access to the asset.
To edit asset permissions:
- Select Assets.
- Choose the asset name.
- Select Edit User Permissions (padlock icon).
- Enter the user(s) email address.
- Select As Viewer or As Editor.
- Choose Add.
- Select Submit.
Turn on scan notifications
To turn on scan notifications in AMP:
- Select Assets.
- Choose the asset name.
- Under Asset Navigation, select Tests.
- Select the test name.
- In the Test Asset Dashboard, select Edit (pencil icon).
- Choose Edit Test Notifications.
- For each user you want to receive email notifications, select Yes from the drop-down menu.
- Select Submit.
Turn off scan notifications
To turn off scan notifications for a user, you can turn them off from the Test Asset Dashboard or remove the user from the asset.
Turn off notifications from the Test Asset Dashboard
To turn off scan notifications:
- Select Assets.
- Choose the asset name.
- Under Asset Navigation, select Tests.
- Select the test name.
- In the Test Asset Dashboard, select Edit (pencil icon).
- Choose Edit Test Notifications.
- For each user you want to remove email notifications from, select No from the drop-down menu.
- Select Submit.
Remove users from an asset
To remove users from an asset:
- Select Assets.
- Choose the asset name.
- Select Edit User Permissions (padlock icon).
- Find the user you want to remove.
- Select Remove User (x icon).
- Choose Submit.
