Reorder actions in an automated flow

Who can use this feature?

• Available for Essentials, Accelerate, and Enterprise.

You can easily reorder your actions in automated flows.

To reorder actions:

1. Navigate to the workspace level.
2. Under Workspace, select Digital assets. The Digital asset portfolio is displayed. 
3. Select a digital asset. 
4. Perform one of the following actions: 
   1. Under Manage, select Digital asset settings, and then choose Automated flows -or- 
   2. Select Scans, and then choose Automated flows. 
5. Find the automated flow you want to update.
6. Select the three-dot action menu and choose Edit.
7. Find the action you want to reorder.
8. Select the up or down arrow.
9. To save the updated automated flow, select Save.
