What's a Level Access browser extension?

Use the Level Access browser extension (scanning tool) to check swiftly for accessibility issues on any webpage or application. 

Run accessibility scans right from the browser, then send them to the platform, and start fixing the issues. 

Note: Test Accelerator is a feature set within the browser extension.

• Browser compatibility: The browser extension is compatible with Google Chrome. 
• Testing tool (engine): Access Engine

Benefits of using the browser extension  

The extension can help you shift left in the following ways:

• Identify potential accessibility issues on pre-production webpages and applications. 
• Scan local and protected environments like intranets and password-protected pages. 
• Scan dynamically generated pages and user flows that depend on what options the user selects (think checkout flows or conditional pop-ups). 
• If you have the Accelerate or Enterprise package, send scan results right to the platform to analyze results and streamline the accessibility remediation process.
• Perform in-house manual evaluations with the Test Accelerator
