The Notifications page shows updates from across your workspace to keep you informed of the latest accessibility related changes. Personalize your notifications feed to stay up to date with the activity that matters most to you.

Manage notifications
You can turn specific notifications on or off to best suit your needs. When you turn off a notification, you’ll no longer receive those alerts in your notification feed. All notifications are on by default.
To turn individual notifications on or off:
- In the platform header, select Notifications.
- Select Manage settings.
- Find the notification you want to change and toggle it on or off.
To turn all notification types on or off:
- In the platform header, select Notifications.
- Select Manage settings.
- At the top of the list, toggle “All Notifications” on or off.
Filter and search notifications
Filter the list of notifications by workspace or digital property. By default, notifications for all workspaces and digital properties are displayed. You can also search by workspace member to see what’s most important to you.
Filter notifications by workspace
To filter your notifications by workspace:
- In the platform header, Select Notifications.
- Choose a workspace from the dropdown menu. The list of notifications will automatically update.
Filter notifications by digital property
To filter your notifications by digital property:
- In the platform header, select Notifications.
- Choose a digital property from the dropdown. The list of notifications will automatically update.
Search notifications by workspace member
To search your notifications by workspace member:
- In the platform header, select Notifications.
- Enter a first or last name in the search field.
- Select Search.
Notification types
By default, you’ll receive a new notification when:
- A comment is left on a finding.
- A comment is left on a task.
- The status of a task changes (for example, moving from Requires Review to Done).
- The status of a manual finding changes (for example, from Open to Fixed).
- A new task is created.
- A finding is dismissed by a workspace member.
- A document is added to a digital property.
- A document is removed from a digital property.
- An existing document is updated.
- A comment from Jira is reflected on a task.
- A scan is complete.
- A scan report is sent through email.
- A new user joins the workspace.
- A task is assigned, unassigned, or reassigned.
- A remediated PDF is added.
- A monitoring scan score drops below the previous score.
- A monitoring scan score drops below threshold.
- A monitoring scan is completed.
- A report was generated and is available for download.
