Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators
- Available for Accelerate, Enterprise, and customers who joined Level Access before February 20th, 2023.
After an Azure DevOps connection has been established, you can make updates like adding or removing workspace access, re-authorizing the connection, and refreshing tasks.
On this page:
Edit workspace access
You can add or remove workspace access to Azure DevOps connections at anytime. You must have at least one workspace selected to save the connection.
If you create new workspaces after setting up the connection, you'll need to grant them access.
To add or remove workspace access:
- Select the Control hub and choose Tools and integrations.
- Select Issue tracking.
- Find the issue tracking connection and select the three-dot action menu.
- Choose Edit.
-
In the workspaces dropdown, select or deselect the workspace(s) you want to add or remove.
- If you deselect a workspace, any projects in that workspace will disconnect from Azure DevOps.
- Select Save.
Re-authorize the connection
If you've set up an Azure DevOps connection and the status changes to Not Authorized, you'll need to re-authorize the connection.
A member of your team needs administrative access to Azure DevOps to re-authorize the connection.
To re-authorize the Azure DevOps connection
- Select the Control hub and choose Tools and integrations.
- Select Issue tracking.
- Find the issue tracking connection and select the three-dot action menu.
- Choose Edit.
- Select Re-authorize connection.
- Confirm the Organization URL and fill in the personal access token.
- Select Complete connection.
Refresh all tasks
If you have tasks that have failed to sync, refresh the tasks to reestablish the connection.
To refresh tasks:
- Select the Control hub and choose Tools and integrations.
- Select Issue tracking.
- Find the issue tracking connection and select the three-dot action menu.
- Choose Edit.
- Choose Refresh All Tasks.
- Select Save.
