Create assets and reports with Access Assistant

Assistive Technology Users: You can open Access Assistant with the hotkey combination Ctr+Shift+Space.

Access Assistant lets you create assets and reports in the toolbar while testing. You can only create assets and reports in organizations where you have the appropriate permissions.

Create an asset

To create an asset:

1. On the toolbar home screen, select the +Asset button.
2. Fill in the fields:
   • Parent Organization: Choose the organization where you want to create the asset.
   • Asset Name: Name the asset.
   • Type: Choose Production or Sandbox. Sandbox assets allow users to experiment with AMP and Access Assistant without affecting the overall organization compliance score. 
   • Report Name: Name the report.
3. Select Save to create the asset and report.

Create a report

To create a report:

1. On the toolbar home screen, choose the asset where you want to create the report.
2. Select the +Report button.
3. Enter a name for the report.
4. Select Save to create the report.
