Organization testing status

The Organization Testing Status provides information about the overall testing statuses for an organization. This page is primarily made up of a table comprised of 6 columns:

• Report Name - The Report Name column provides the name of a report within the organization.

• Total Pages - The total pages column provides the total number of pages that are contained within the given report.

• Total Pages Auto Evaluated - The Total Pages Auto Evaluated column provides the total number of pages that underwent automatic testing that are contained within the given report.

• Auto Violations Found - The Auto Violations Found column contains the total number of violations found through automatic testing that are contained within the given report.

• Total Pages Manual Evaluated - The Total Pages Manual Evaluated column provides the total number of pages that underwent manual testing that are contained within the given report.

• Manual Violations Found - The Manual Violations Found column contains the total number of violations found through manual testing that are contained within the given report.

Organization usage statistics

Usage by person

The Organization Usage Statistics page is largely comprised of a table labeled Usage by Person. This table provides information about each user within an organizations usage of AMP and is comprised of 4 columns:

• Name - The Name column contains the name of an AMP user within the organization.

• Report Count - The Report Count column contains the number of reports owned by the given user

• Login Count - The Login Count column provides the total number of times the given user has logged into AMP.

• Last Login - The Last Login column provides the date that the given user last logged into AMP.

Choose output

The Choose Output Section allows you to export the page's table into one of two formats, an HTML file or an Excel Spreadsheet. Too output a table first select the radio button next to the desired output (HTML or Excel) and then select the "Make it happen" button to begin the export. This will prompt your browser to ask you to save or open the newly created file.

Global usage statistics

Usage by Organization

The Global Usage Statistics page is primarily made up of a table labeled "Usage by Organization." This table is comprised of 4 columns:

• Agency - this column contains organizations within the instance of AMP.
• Number of Users - This column provides the total number of users within a given organization.
• Login Count - This column provides a count of the total number of logins to a given organization.
• Report Count - This column contains the total number of reports in a given organization.

Choose output

The Choose Output Section allows you to export the page's table into one of two formats, an HTML file or an Excel Spreadsheet.
