Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators and workspace administrators.
- Available for all packages.
Organization administrators and workspace administrators can edit user details and user permissions. The following restrictions apply:
- Organization administrators can adjust user permissions for any user in the entire organization.
- Workspace administrators can adjust user permissions within their workspace.

Filter users by access
You can view a list of users for a particular workspace and digital asset.
To filter users by access to a workspace or digital asset:
- Navigate to the organizational level.
- Under Manage, choose Organization settings, and then Users. The User Management page is displayed.
- From the Workspace menu, select a workspace whose users you want to list.
- From the Digital asset menu, select a specific digital asset whose users you want to list.
Edit user details
To edit user details:
- Navigate to the organizational level.
- Under Manage, choose Organization settings, and then Users. The User Management page is displayed.
- Find the user you'd like to edit.
- From the three-dot actions menu, choose Edit. The Edit user settings page is displayed.
- Select the Details tab and make the changes.
- Add Display name, First name, and Last name.
- Add your Avatar image. Select Choose file, navigate to the image on your computer, select it, and then select Open.
- Select a Role for this user. For example, this user is a Business analyst.
- Select Update details.
Edit user permissions
Easily change a users permissions on the Permissions tab. If you can't find the workspace or digital asset you're looking for, use the search bar or filter your digital assets by workspace.
To edit user permissions:
- Navigate to the organizational level.
- Under Manage, choose Organization settings, and then Users. The User Management page is displayed.
- Find the user you'd like to edit.
- From the three-dot actions menu, choose Edit. The Edit user settings page is displayed.
- Select the Permissions tab.
- Choose the workspace or digital asset level user group(s). Note that selecting a workspace level user group automatically includes all digital assets within that workspace.
- Select Update permissions.
