Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators and workspace administrators.
- Available for all packages.
Organization administrators and workspace administrators can remove users from the platform. Organization administrators can remove any user from the platform, whereas workspace administrators can remove user from their workspace or digital assets. Learn more about user groups.
To remove a user:
- Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Users. The User Management page is displayed.
- Find and select the user you want to remove.
- Select the three-dot action menu, and ten select Remove.
- Select Remove user.
Alternatively:
- Navigate to the organizational level.
Under Manage, select Organization settings, and then Organization details.
- From the navigational tree on the left, select the platform level which you want to remove a user. For example, select a workspace and digital asset.
- Select the Users tab.
- Find and select the user you want to remove.
- Under Actions, select Remove.
- Select Remove user.
Note: Using the dashboard, you can't remove SCIM-provisioned users. The Remove option does not remove such users from the account, but from any assigned roles.
