Remove a Jira connection

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators.
• Available for all packages.

Removing a Jira connection will unsync any linked tasks and prevent any further syncing within an organization.

To remove a Jira connection:

1. From the Control hub, go to Tools and Integrations.
2. On the Issue tracking tab, find the connection you want to remove and select the three-dot action menu.
3. Select Remove.
4. Select the checkbox to acknowledge that removing the connection will unsync your data.
5. Select Remove connection.
