Who performs manual testing
Manual testing is performed by Level Access testers, which include people with disabilities.
Note: To get started with manual testing, your organization must be signed up with the platform. If you’re not signed up contact us. Look for the results of manual tests in the platform, under Evaluations.
How to request manual testing
When you request manual testing, specify which standards you want Level Access to test against, for example WCAG or non-WCAG. For details about non-WCAG, go to Non-WCAG standards overview.
To request manual testing on a digital asset:
- Log in to the platform.
- Under Support, select Service requests, and then Manual evaluation. This applies to all three platform levels.
- Select the standards you want to test against.
- Fill in the remaining details about your digital asset.
- Select Submit. A member of our support team will contact you to confirm any missing details.
Note: You can also submit a support ticket from the Help Center by selecting Submit a request. Learn how to check on the requests you submitted to Level Access?
