Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators, Workspace administrators, and Workspace users.
- Available for Accelerate, Enterprise, and customers who joined Level Access before February 20th, 2023.
Pushing tasks to Jira lets you update and manage the remediation process in your Jira instance.
IMPORTANT:
- Before you can push tasks to Jira, you need to connect a Jira instance to your project.
- If the tickets in your Jira instance have required fields other than Summary and Description, you’ll need to configure the required fields before you can push tasks to Jira.
Note: The Jira user who created the connection will be the default assignee for all tickets pushed to Jira. You can manually change the assignee once the ticket is in Jira.
