Intro to the PDF Accessibility Checker is a comprehensive course that equips Learners with the knowledge and skills necessary to create accessible PDF documents using the Level Access PDF Accessibility Checker. The course emphasizes the importance of providing equal access to information for all users, regardless of their abilities. Learners will understand how accessible PDFs enhance usability for screen readers, keyboard navigation, and assistive technologies, ensuring inclusivity and compliance with legal requirements such as the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG).

This course demonstrates how our manual testing and scan features identify accessibility issues on digital assets and present them in a comprehensive report. The report summarizes the findings from the scans, highlighting accessibility violations and offering potential remediation options.

The platform and Jira

The Platform and Jira is a concise course designed to empower Learners to effectively manage accessibility issue remediation using the integration between Level Access's platform and Jira. Through manual testing and scans, the platform identifies accessibility issues on digital assets and presents them in a comprehensive report. This report provides a summary of scan findings, enabling Learners to easily identify accessibility violations and explore potential remediation options.

This course goes over Level Access’s Design Evaluations service. It discusses the process of submitting Design Evaluations–including what the formatting requirements for submitted documents are–and examines how this service can provide data insights that can enable you to improve the accessibility of your designs.

Working with UserWay in the Level Access Platform

When installed on a site, UserWay’s AI-powered remediation technology immediately begins identifying and fixing many of the common digital accessibility issues in the user interface. In this microlearning module, we'll discuss how to get started with UserWay and how to manage UserWay in the Level Access platform. We’ll also examine the main UserWay capabilities in detail.
