Content Delivery Networks (CDNs) are constantly improving their bot detection mechanism, to prevent bots from scraping their clients' websites. This might impact Level Access Platform (LAP) crawler. If you use CDNs and face issues with scanning, you must manually configure the CDN to whitelist our bot, in one of the following two ways:
- By adding Web Application Firewall (WAF) filters using User Agent matching LevelAccessAutomation/1.0.0
- By whitelisting LA IPs Configure Bot Management in Akamai
