Getting started
Getting started includes three quick links:
- Academy brings you to our Help Center, where you can learn how to navigate Level Access Academy.
- Accessibility is a collection of our most popular digital accessibility courses.
- Platform is a collection of courses that teach you how to use the platform.
Categories
With four categories, you can find what you're looking for even quicker. Use:
- Catalog to discover all the courses available to you. Browse in the default alphabetical order or filter by role, content type, and/or completion time.
- Role-based paths to find and register for a learning path with content specific to your role.
- Live training to register for upcoming instructor-led training topics that range from accessibility testing to accessible workplace practices.
- Archive to revisit past recorded live training sessions—all in one convenient location.
My courses
Select My courses from the header to access your profile, learning path registrations, and course registrations. Each course or learning path listed includes details your progress and notification options.
Learning path data
The table below describes the information for your registered learning paths.
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Title | The title of learning path. Select the title name to open the the learning path. |
| Enrolled | The date of enrolment. |
| Status | The number of completed courses out of the total number of courses in the learning path. |
| Completed | The completion date of the learning path. |
| Expiration | The expiration date of the learning path, if applicable. You must redo the learning path before the expiration date to maintain certification. |

Note: In progress or complete courses from learning paths are listed under Registrations.

| Score | Your score from the courses final exam. |
| Receive notifications | Select or deselect to receive notifications about changes to the course. |
Support
Select Support in the Level Access Academy header to go to the product support request form.
