Tips for managing users in the platform:  

• • Ensure that everyone in your team has the proper access and permissions within the Level Access Platform. Refer to User groups, roles, and permissions.
  • Take the Level Access Organization Administrator certification. We recommend it if you are tasked with adding, editing, and managing your users. The certification consists of a series of microlearning modules and takes approximately 30 minutes to complete. Each article provides step-by-step instructions that you can refer back to after earning your certification.
