Reconfigure entities in a webhook connection

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators
• Available for Accelerate and Enterprise.

You can reconfigure entities at anytime to add or remove entities on a webhook connection. When you add an entity, the platform sends events from that entity to your third-party application. When you remove an entity, the platform stops sending events from that entity to your third-party application.

To reconfigure entities in the webhook connection:

1. Navigate to organizational level. 
2. Under Manage, select Tools & Integrations.   
3. Choose the Webhooks option.
4. Find and select the existing webhook connection.
5. From the three-dot action menu, choose Configure entities.
6. Select or deselect the entities in your webhook connection.
7. Select Configure entities.
