Share feedback on the product roadmap

Want to know what's coming next at Level Access? Make your voice heard by reviewing our product roadmap and sharing your thoughts in our product feedback portal. 

Note: You must confirm your email after your first feedback submission. Be sure to check your spam box if you can't find the email right away. The product team will send email updates on items you create and ideas where you've added feedback.

The portal allows you to:

• Review the existing roadmap and upvote ideas that matter to you.
• Submit feedback directly to our product team.
• View what's currently under consideration.

Note: Ad-blockers may prevent access to the Resource Center. If you are unable to access the Resource Center, please turn off your ad-blocker and try again.

To access the portal from the platform:  

1. Log in to the platform.

2. From the navigational menu, on the left, navigate to Support section, select Help, and then Submit feedback. The product feedback portal opens. 

3. Browse and switch among different tabs:

   1. Audit and Test

   2. Build and Fix

   3. Governance and Reporting

   4. Launched

4. Review the ideas on the existing roadmap. 
5. Select the idea that matters to you. A new dialog is displayed. 
6. Rate the idea: 
   1. Not important
   2. Nice-to-have
   3. Important
   4. Critical

7.  To submit a new idea, currently not on the roadmap, select Submit idea.
