You may have taken courses using your Client Manager profile instead of your Learner profile. Before starting a course, make sure the banner at the top of the Academy dashboard states "You are currently a learner".
If the banner states "You are currently acting as a learner", any course progress or achievements won't save to your profile.
To take a course:
- From the Manager dashboard in Academy, select the three-dot action menu next to My Account and choose Switch to Learner. This brings you to the same content dashboard that Learners use.
- Select Start on the course you'd like to take.
If you accidentally took courses using your Client Manager profile, request support.
