As a Client Manager, my course completion data isn't showing on my profile

You may have taken courses using your Client Manager profile instead of your Learner profile. Before starting a course, make sure the banner at the top of the Academy dashboard states "You are currently a learner".

If the banner states "You are currently acting as a learner", any course progress or achievements won't save to your profile.

To take a course:

1. From the Manager dashboard in Academy, select the three-dot action menu next to My Account and choose Switch to Learner. This brings you to the same content dashboard that Learners use.
2. Select Start on the course you'd like to take.

If you accidentally took courses using your Client Manager profile, request support.
