The Level Access Access Advisor staff are available to address Access Advisor requests during the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm Eastern Time (GMT -05:00), Monday through Friday and excluding public holidays ("business hours").
Users may request Access Advisor services anytime directly through the online request form. Below is also a guide to the approximate response and resolution times for Access Advisor requests.
Response Time
All requests will be responded to within 24 hours (during business hours) with a confirmation of receipt email, and the email will contain further information regarding the communication of the request.
After confirmation of receipt, each request will be evaluated and scoped per assignment.
Resolution Time
Resolution time will vary depending upon the nature and severity of the request, and time necessary to scope and implement a resolution. Since all Access Advisor requests vary in nature, a more specific estimate of resolution time will be provided within 2 business days of the request.
