Install Access Assistant

Level Access no longer supports Access Assistant for Internet Explorer and Firefox.

Access Assistant is available for Chrome and Microsoft Edge. You can find each version in the AMP Toolbox. 

System and browser requirements:

• macOS x 10+
• Windows 7+.
• Google Chrome 56+

Install the extension

Chrome extension

To install Access Assistant for Chrome:

1. Log in to your AMP instance.
2. Go to Toolbox.
3. Select Download Chrome Extension. The Chrome web store will open.
4. Choose Add to Chrome.
5. Select Add extension.
6. Connect the extension to AMP.

Microsoft Edge extension

To install Access Assistant for Microsoft Edge:

1. Log in to your AMP instance.
2. Go to Toolbox.
3. Select Download Edge Extension.
4. Unzip the the extension folder.
5. Once the file is ready for installation, enter “edge://extensions” in the address bar.
6. Toggle on Developer mode.
7. Select Load unpacked.
8. Upload the unzipped extension folder. The extension will load under From other sources.
9. Connect the extension to AMP.

Connect the extension to AMP

Once the Access Assistant is installed, you'll need to connect the extension to AMP.

To connect Access Assistant to AMP:

1. Open the extension.
2. Enter the network-path reference of your AMP instance. For example yourinstance.levelaccess.net. Do not include https://.
3. Select Connect. Access Assistant can now send results to AMP.
