Archive and restore components

Who can use this feature?

• Members of each user group.
• Available for Accelerate, Enterprise, and customers who were onboarded to the Level Access Platform before February 20th, 2023.

When you archive a component, the automated scanning tools will ignore the component and it won’t show up in scan reports, even if there’s a potential accessibility issue. You can archive existing components from the Components page.

Archive components

To archive a component:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Scans.
4. Select the Components tab.
5. Find the component you want to archive.
6. Select the three-dot action menu and choose Archive.
7. Select Archive to confirm.

Restore components

To restore an archived component:

1. Go to Websites/apps.
2. Select the website you'd like to review.
3. Choose Scans.
4. Select the Components tab.
5. Find the archived component you want to restore.
6. Select the three-dot action menu and choose Restore.
