Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators and workspace administrators.
- Available for all packages.
Scan tags are labels that help you organize scan data for your digital assets. You can create custom scan tags or use the system tags.
To create a new scan tag:
- Navigate to the workspace level.
- Under Workspace, select Digital assets. The Digital asset portfolio is displayed.
- Select the digital asset.
- Choose Scans.
- From the Manage scans dropdown, in the top right corner, select Scan tags.
- On the Scan tags page, select Add scan tag.
- Enter a scan tag name and description.
- Select Save.
