Use the Accessibility Services forms when you need accessibility or remediation support. Level Access has three types of accessibility services:
Consultation
The following table outlines the different consultation services that Level Access offers.

Specialty Services

| Document remediation | Fix any accessibility issues in documents. This includes PDFs, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, or InDesign. | An accessible document with a conformance statement (PAC) confirming the document is accessible. |
| Video remediation services | Create closed captions, transcripts, or audio descriptions for your video content. |
Closed captions: An SRT or WebVTT text file that you can upload to your video Transcripts: A word document with a video transcript. Audio descriptions: An mp4 file with the original video and the new audio descriptions over the content instead of the original audio. |
| Full manual test | A full manual accessibility test on your digital property. This test covers a representative set of pages and flows from your digital property. | Manual accessibility test results on the Manual evaluations page of the platform. |
