Test PDFs with the PDF accessibility checker

You can test one PDF at a time or test more than one using the Bulk action menu. To see the most current status of your PDFs, you need to refresh the PDF page in the platform.

• Only PDFs with the status Not Tested can be tested.
• The PDF checker doesn't support acroform fields. Testing a PDF with acroform fields will result in an error.
• You can find your PDF testing page limit and remaining amount in the header of the PDF testing page.

A single PDF

To test a single PDF:

1. Go to PDF.
2. Find the PDF you want to test.
3. Select Test. The PDF accessibility testing will begin.

Once your PDF testing is complete, you can review the PDF test report.

Multiple PDFs

Don’t include PDFs with error statuses in your bulk tests.

To test multiple PDFs:

1. Go to PDF.
2. Select the PDFs you want to test.
3. Select Bulk actions.
4. Choose Test PDF. The PDF accessibility testing will begin.

Once your PDF testing is complete, you can review the PDF test report.
