Who can use this feature?
- Organization administrators and Workspace administrators.
- Available for all packages and customers who joined Level Access before February 20th, 2023.
From the Portfolio, you can update the name or add an accessibility statement for your digital property.
To edit a digital property:
- Go to the Portfolio.
- Find the digital property you want to edit and select the three-dot action menu.
- Choose Edit.
- Make your changes.
- Select Save.
This table describes the fields on the Edit digital property page.
| Field | Description |

| Digital property name | The name of your digital property that shows in the digital property list. |
| Digital property key | The unique 2-5 letter value that’s assigned when the digital property is created. This value can’t be changed. |
| Type | The type of digital property. For example, website, iOS apps, and Android apps. This value can’t be changed. |
| URL | The URL of the digital property. For example, www.levelaccess.com. Note that only URLs with the same domain can be scanned for the digital property. This value can’t be changed. |
| Does the digital property have an accessibility statement? | Select if your digital property has an accessibility statement available to the public. The accessibility statement status and URL is included in the Portfolio report to use for reporting purposes. |
