The ART in scan results feature is currently in slow rollout.
When you view scan or monitoring results in the platform, findings reflect the state of the site before automated remediation is applied. If your organization uses automated remediation technology (ART) through the UserWay widget, scan results will include additional guidance to help you understand how automated remediation may impact your accessibility score.
You may notice two components in your scans and monitoring page:
- A banner showing a simulated accessibility score and number of findings based on the expected impact of automated remediation.
- A chip next to rules in the findings list and detail views, identifying issues that may be automatically remediated.
These indicators help you evaluate the potential benefits of automated remediation while maintaining visibility into the unmodified scan data.
Scan and monitoring reports
The scan and monitoring results page display the following information:
- A banner showing an estimated score and finding count based on ART coverage.
- Rules that could be remediated with ART include a chip for easy identification.
- At the top of the rule list, you’ll see an explanatory banner.
- In the Finding Details panel, you can find both a chip and supporting banner next to the rule description.
Packages and messages
The results vary slightly based on your organization’s package and site integration status:
Package | Results |
---|---|
UserWay with widget integration |
|
UserWay without widget integration |
|
No UserWay |
|
The platform determines whether a site is integrated through Tools and Integrations > Widget > Websites with widget integration. It does not confirm whether the widget is actually installed; the installation is managed in the UserWay Dashboard.
