Add digital asset tag

Who can use this feature?

• Organization administrators and workspace administrators.
• Available for Accelerate and Enterprise customers.

Add digital asset tags to support precise data filtering and management with the Digital Property API using internal indexes (unique IDs). You can add up to 10 tags to a single digital asset and use the tags across different assets, enhancing the platform integration with your systems for fast and accurate data retrieval. 

Each digital asset tag must:

• Have a unique name.
• Be under 30 characters.
• Contain only alphanumeric characters.

To add a digital asset tag:

1. Go to the workspace of the digital asset.
2. Select Digital assets.
3. Find the digital asset you want edit and select the three-dot action menu.
4. Choose Edit.
5. Enter a tag and press enter.
6. Repeat step 5 for up to 10 tags.
7. Select Save. You can now set up your APIs with tag-based querying.
