You must be a Client Manager in Access Academy to perform these actions.
When a Learner enrolls in an Academy course, they enroll in that specific version of the course. If the course content is updated while the Learner is enrolled, they won't get the updated version. If a Learner wants to review the updated content after they complete the course, they can restart the course.
For Learners who've enrolled but haven't started the course, Client Managers can manually restart the course so they can access the updated content.
If you take these actions when a Learner is in the middle of a course, all progress is lost.
To reset a course status:
- In Thought Industries, go to Users.
- Select Learners.
- Choose the Learner that has a course to reset.
- Select Access.
- Find the course you'd like to reset and choose not-started from the dropdown.
- Select the green checkmark to confirm. The Learner now has access to the new content when they start the course.
