You can download a report of your Portfolio to use that data outside of the platform. The portfolio report downloads as an Excel file and includes data about all of your websites/apps, such as monitoring health, stats from manual testing, and remediation progress.

To download a report of your Portfolio:
- Go to Websites/apps.
- In the header, select Export. The export will begin automatically.

Portfolio report details
This table describes the information provided for each website/app on the Portfolio report.
Information | Description |

Website/app information |
Includes the following details for each website/app: Type: the type of website/app. For example, website, iOS apps, and Android apps. Key: the unique 2-5 letter value that’s assigned when the digital property is created. Name: the name of the website/app. Archived: shows if the website/app is archived. URL: the URL of the website/app. |
Accessibility statement |
Includes the following details for each website/app: Published: shows if the accessibility statement is published on the website/app. Location: the URL to the accessibility statement. |
Monitoring |
Includes the following details for each website/app: Current score: the most recent monitoring score. Previous score: the previous monitoring score. Last scan: date of the last monitoring scan. WCAG level and version: the selected WCAG level and version for the monitoring scan. |
Remaining findings |
Includes the following details for website/app: Critical: the number of unfixed critical severity findings. High: the number of unfixed high severity findings. Low: the number of unfixed low severity findings. |
Total findings |
Includes the following details for each website/app: Critical: the total number of critical severity findings. High: the total number of high severity findings. Low: the total number of low severity findings. |
% complete | Percentage of fixed findings. |
Last manual finding import |
The date of the last import of evaluation results. |
