Tasks in a project
Depending on the scope of your project, you might have a long list of tasks within it. Here are some ways to find and organize them:
- If you know the name of the task you’re looking for, use the search bar to find it.
- If you want to focus on tasks with a specific status (for example, “In progress”) in either the platform or an issue tracking software, choose an option from the Progress or Status dropdown menus.
- Select a column header to sort tasks within columns.
- Hide or show columns to customize what’s on the page.
Hide and show columns
The project table lists all tasks in your project. You may want to hide or show specific columns in the table. Note that showing and hiding columns doesn’t affect the data in an export.
To choose the project table columns:
- Go to Projects/tasks.
- Find the project you want to open and select View project.
- Choose Hide and show columns.
- Select up to six task columns.
- Select Apply.
My tasks
The My tasks page lists all tasks assigned to you, regardless of which project they belong to.
To filter and sort the My tasks page:
- If you know the name of the task you’re looking for, use the search bar to find it.
- If you want to focus on tasks with a specific status (for example, “In progress”) in either the platform or an issue tracking software, choose an option from the Progress dropdown menu.
- Select a column header to sort tasks within columns.
