Access Analytics findings dashboard

New in Access Analytics 4.0, the "Findings Dashboard" provides you with more detailed data about the pages you are monitoring with Access Analytics.

Findings table.

The findings table is made up of several columns that provide additional details about your most active pages. These columns include:

  • Selection: A selection column should allow for bulk selection of all or some of the pages displayed in the data table. There should be a checkbox in the table header that allows for selection of all pages that are currently being viewed in the table.
  • Page: Displays the URL of the page.
  • Impressions (in past 30 days): The column displays the total number of page visits to the page in the past 30 completed days. In other words, the current day should not be included. The data table is sorted, descending, on this column by default.
  • Violations (in last snapshot): Displays the total number of unique violations found on any given page through the last 30 days.
  • Average Severity: Displays the average severity of the violation instances in the last snapshot of the page.
  • Average Noticeability: Displays the average noticeability score of the violation instances in the last snapshot of the page.
  • Failed Best Practices: Displays the total number of Best Practices with at least one violation instance on the page in the last snapshot.

Finding actions

In addition to the data displayed in the "Findings Data Table" you can also select one or more pages in the table and perform actions against your selection. The required details include:

  • Test Pages in AMP: When selected, this will open the Test Pages modal. This modal will ask you to define the following fields:
    1. Select Asset: The AMP asset that you would like the report, created form this test, associated with. If the domain is already mapped to an AMP asset it will be pre-populated.
    2. Report: This field allows you to either select an existing report or create a new report to save test results.
    3. Description: Allows you to enter a description for the report, if a new report is being created.

  • CSV: exports the selected rows to a CSV file
