Support and service requests made before April 1st, 2023 will remain in the legacy support channel. I am used to emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com when I need something. What happens to those emails?
Those emails will continue to be an access point into our various support processes; however, all the data will be stored and accessible through https://client.levelaccess.com moving forward. Anything emailed before April 1st, 2023, will be accessible in the above locations.
Where can I find information about products and services?
I am use to filling out a form to submit my Access Advisor ticket. How do I do that now?
Go to the new https://client.levelaccess.com and click the link on the top right called Submit a Request. Upon landing on the support and services page https://client.levelaccess.com/hc/en-us/requests/new select the option named "Access Advisor Support".
