Dashboard overview

Who can use this feature?

  • Organization administrators, workspace administrators, and workspace users.
  • Available for Accelerate, Enterprise, and customers who were onboarded to the Level Access Platform before February 20th, 2023.

The dashboard displays policy compliance data, common trends from the websites/apps across your workspace, and your risk management status.

By default, the dashboard shows:

  • Data from Access Engine.
    • To view results from a different testing tool, select it from the report header.
  • Consolidated Findings overview from scans/monitoring and evaluations.
    • To view resolved and unresolved finding data from one source, select Evaluations or Scans in the Source field.

Dashboard data

The table below describes the dashboard data.

Data  Description
Risk management status

A measurement of accessibility risk based on the average risk management status of all websites/apps in your workspace. Learn more about the risk management status.

The risk management status uses the following statuses:

  • Behind
  • Needs attention
  • On track
  • Excelling
Resolved findings

Resolved findings as a percentage, total number, and comparison to the previous week.

Includes automated findings with the statuses:

  • Closed
  • Dismissed

Includes manual findings with the statuses:

  • Fixed
  • Not reproducible
  • Dismissed
Resolved findings details

The percentages of findings resolved and number of findings resolved for each website/app based on the findings source.
Unresolved findings

Number of critical findings open for more than X days.

Number of high-severity findings open for more than X days.

Number of low-severity findings open for more than X days.

Includes automated findings with the statuses:

  • Open
  • Re-open

Includes manual findings with the statuses:

  • Open
  • Not fixed
  • Partially fixed
  • Cannot be fixed
Unresolved findings details

The number of overdue critical, high, and low severity findings for each website/app based on the findings source.
Website/apps by risk management status (chart)

The number of websites with each risk management status over six weeks.

Select View details on the Websites/apps by risk management status chart. The table lists all websites and apps within the workspace, grouped by their risk management status.

The table shows the following information for each website/app:

  • Percent of resolved findings
  • Number of resolved findings

Note: Select the name of the website/app to find more in-depth insights on the Overview page.
Most compromised websites/apps

Lists websites/apps with the highest number of critical findings in descending order. Includes the number of critical, high, and low severity findings for each website/app.

Select the website/app to learn about:

  • The problem.
  • The history.
  • Remaining findings.
  • Recommendations.

Select Export to download the results. The report includes data from all websites/apps in the workspace.
Websites with monitoring set up Number of websites with monitoring set up.
Websites/apps with evaluations Number of websites/apps with active evaluations.
Most common open automated findings Lists the success criteria with the highest number of critical findings in automated scans and monitoring. Includes the number of critical, high, and low severity findings for each website/app.
Most common open manual findings Lists the success criteria with the highest number of critical findings from evaluations. Includes the number of critical, high, and low severity findings for each website/app.
