- Organization administrators and Workspace administrators.
- Available for Enterprise and customers who joined Level Access before February 20th, 2023.
Accessibility policies are standards set by your organization to measure risk of accessibility compliance and remediation progress on your websites and apps. The Level Access Dashboard allows you to set your company's policy thresholds so you can get a holistic understanding of all websites/apps in your workspace. Once a threshold is reached, the dashboard will flag the policy for you.

The table below describes the four accessibility policies in the platform.
|Default policy threshold
Minimum percentage of resolved manual and automated findings with the following statuses:
Maximum number of days for automated and manual findings to be fixed by severity.

Critical: 45 days
High: 50 days
Low: 60 days
|Websites/apps with monitoring set up
Minimum percentage of websites with monitoring configured.

|Websites/apps with website/app evaluations
Minimum percentage of websites/apps with completed website/app evaluations.

Set policy thresholds
The platform sets default policy thresholds. You can change the thresholds at any time from the Dashboard. Can't find this feature? Contact your customer success manager.
To set your policy thresholds:
- Go to Dashboard.
- Select Policies settings.
Set the threshold for:
- Resolved findings.
- Age of unresolved findings.
- Websites/apps with monitoring set up.
- Websites/apps with website/app evaluations.
- Select Save.
